نگرشی نو در مفهوم قرآنی انصاف در خانواده

The family, as the most fundamental foundation for human growth and perfection, cannot become an ideal environment for interactions among its members solely through the implementation of law and justice. In this context, equity, with its ethical and flexible nature, can complement legal frameworks and provide an effective mechanism for regulating family interactions. This study, adopting a descriptive–analytical approach and relying on library-based research, examines the components of equitable conduct within the family from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an. The findings indicate that principles such as commitment to ethics, adherence to commendable social norms, preservation of human dignity, affection and empathy, rationality, and the removal of harm and hardship are highlighted in the Qur’anic verses as the main dimensions of equitable family interactions. The Qur’an’s emphasis on these components demonstrates that, guided by ethics and respect for human dignity, it is possible to prevent inequitable behaviors and to strengthen and deepen family relationships.
