Specializing family court is among those cases which has been the center of attention throughout the world. Due to the importance of family crisis and it's complications, it is a must to have special courts to probe into family cases. In addition to the above mentioned reasons the performance of the courts and consequences of such cases in relation to the interest of the society necessary for the establishment of these special courts for family crisis, to prevent crimes and it's effects on society.
The present article addresses the legal changes of family courts and the requirement of family institution and organization in two parts. The writer believes that only some specific courts are allocated to family cases, but in reality they are not specialized. The legislature and judiciary should consider establishing special consultation centers, with executive power and special police, social workers and a collective social services. On the other hand due to it's complications it is necessary to pay special attention to family court judges. To enjoy different opinions of various men and women judges, and give special privileges to the judges of family crisis.
