Women's employment in society is important that's why society should make good use of women and they should be encouraged to participate more in the workforce .Priority should be given to the elements which can prepare the situation to help women participate more in the economic and social arena of the country.
This article's aim is to highlight the positive points regarding women's employment and the hurdles which are faced during this process and the positive outlook of women in the workforce and specify their role in society. Also the influence of women in the workplace and on society from an Islamic and Legal point of view are studied.
