Culture is a significant structural component in every society. As there is weakness of moral behavior as a cultural defect in the world, that has been the most concerns of Iran’s Supreme Leader as well as culture elites, considering the issue of culture and cultural development is inevitable. Family, the essential institution with macro-cultural impact on society, is the core subject. On the other hand, the macro-cultural policies of family such as reproduction, population growth, reducing divorce rates, increasing the rate of permanent marriage, consolidation, and transcendence as well as promoting the level of education and culture in the family should be scrutinized. In the meantime, the influence of the Islamic jurisprudence on the macro-cultural policies of family, that is the question of this research, is undoubtedly significant. The results of this study shows that establishment of relationship between family and national and religious culture, constructive interaction of family with scientific and educational institutions, correspondence between behavioral and verbal patterns and those of family, family closeness with knowledge increasing tools such as books, especially those of Islamic jurisprudence, can provide the basis for cultural and intellectual development of family and ultimately community .The rules and regulations derived from the Islamic jurisprudence further contribute to the formation of an independent Islamic lifestyle as well as a dynamic culture.
