Family Law and Jurisprudence Journal serves as a Double-blind Peer-Reviewed journal since the 49th edition, Autumn-winter 2008 (ranking: 89/3/11/36853 by Journal Commission of the Ministry of Science and Technology).

The journal is indexed by ISC, Regional Information Center for Science and Technology (RICeST), SID, Mag Iran, and Noormags. It is published with the cooperation of the scientific community of law and jurisprudence (contract no.438/312 in 17.1190). The journal tends to publish the scholarly articles of professors and researchers of universities and scientific centers from all around Iran in the area of comparative and interdisciplinary researches in order to answer doubts, changes and needs of society about family issues.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Access to the articles of Family law and jurisprudence is open for all.  (OPEN ACCESS)

The journal does not charge any fees to authors to submit or publish articles.
