The Purpose of Family Law and Jurisprudence Journal

Biannual Journal of Family Law and Jurisprudence is published with the cooperation of the scientific community of law and jurisprudence (contract no.438/312 in 17.1190). The journal tends to publish the scholarly articles of professors and researchers of universities and scientific centers from all around Iran in the area of comparative and interdisciplinary researches in order to answer doubts, changes and needs of society about family & family law & family jurisprudence issues.

The followings are the aims of the  Family Law and Jurisprudence journal:

- To familiarize the authors esp. women with the research criteria of Islamic law and jurisprudence 

-To prepare researchers to have critical studies in Islamic sciences with recognition of the principles of jurisprudence, the common patterns as well as new fundamental thoughts in Islamic sciences

-the comparative studies of concepts of Islamic Law with western schools in order to have a scientific communication and spread creative and critical thinking in the field.
