A question that may relate to both of these dimensions is this: what is the ruling on the exposing of parent’s privy parts before their children? This question arises from parents’ concern that parent’s nudity before their child might disrupt the child’s sexual upbringing, leading to sexual problems either at that age or later in life. There is also the concern that dignity of the father and mother may not be properly internalized in the child’s character or that the child may encounter difficulties in maintaining respect toward the parents. with the exposing of parent’s privy parts before their or that the child may encounter difficulties in maintaining respect toward the parents.<br>This study, by using qualitative method and documentary analysis, examines this issue from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence. An examination of the ruling on parents’ nudity before their children, based on the four sources of jurisprudence (the Qur’an, the Sunnah, reason, and consensus) indicates that), it is obligatory to cover the private parts from a child who is capable of being taught the concept of permission, even if not yet discerning (<em>mumayyiz</em>) according to the verse of <em>Isti’than</em> (permission-seeking). However, this verse is silent regarding the period before that stage. The narrations affirm the prohibition of parent’s nudity before their children, even those who are not discerning. Also, wisdom and wise men recognize the impropriety of nudity before discerning children, but they remain silent regarding non-discerning ones, and there exists no consensus uncovering the opinion of the infallible in this matter.<br>The conclusion drawn from these arguments is that parent’s nudity before their children is impermissible at all ages. از مهم‌ترین ساحت‌هایی که ذهن والدین را درگیر می‌کند، ساحت تربیت اخلاقی و تربیت جنسی است و سؤالی که می‌تواند به هر دو ساحت برگردد، سؤال از این است که برهنه کردن عورت دربرابر فرزندان چه حکمی دارد؟ سؤال مذکور از این جهت پدید می‌آید که این نگرانی برای والدین وجود دارد که مبادا با برهنه بودن دربرابر فرزند، تربیت جنسی او مختل شود و فرزند در همان سنین یا حتی سال‌ها بعد دچار مشکلات جنسی شود. همچنین جای این نگرانی وجود دارد که مبادا با برهنه بودن عورت والدین دربرابر فرزند، ابهت پدر و مادر آن‌چنان‌که باید، در نهاد فرزند درونی نشود یا اینکه کودک در مسیر احترام به پدر و مادر دچار مشکل شود. در این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با تحلیل اسنادی به حل مسئله ازمنظر فقه امامیه پرداخته می‌شود. در بررسی حکم کشف برهنه شدن والدین دربرابر فرزندان براساس ادلۀ اربعه، آیۀ استیذان وجوب ستر عورت از کودکی که قابلیت تعلیم اذن دارد، ولو ممیز نباشد، ثابت می‌شود و البته این آیه دربارۀ قبل از این سن ساکت است. روایات بر حرمت برهنه شدن دربرابر اطفال ولو غیرممیزان صحه می‌گذارند. عقل و عقلا نیز قبح برهنه بودن دربرابر ممیزان را ثابت می‌‌‌دانند؛ اما دربارۀ غیرممیزان ساکت‌اند و اجماع حاکی از رأی معصوم، معصوم در این مسئله وجود ندارد. حاصل این کلمات این است که برهنه شدن دربرابر فرزندان در تمام سنین جایز نیست.<br><br>در بررسی حکم کشف برهنه شدن والدین در برابر فرزندان بر اساس ادله اربعه، آیه استیذان وجوب ستر عورت از کودکی که قابلیت تعلیم اذن دارد، ولو ممیز نباشد، ثابت می‌شود و البته این آیه نسبت به قبل از این سن ساکت است. روایات بر حرمت برهنه شدن در برابر اطفال ولو غیرممیزین صحه می‌گذارند. عقل و عقلا نیز هر چند قبح برهنه بودن در برابر ممیزین را ثابت می دانند اما نسبت به غیرممیزین ساکتند و اجماع کاشف از رأی معصو م در این مسئله وجود ندارد. حاصل این کلمات این است که برهنه شدن در برابر فرزندان در تمام سنین جایز نیست. https://flj.isu.ac.ir/article_77934_42f0183dd0f1163d4e67a94da7ea7960.pdf
