Therefore, the present article has examined the conditions prevailing over child and adolescent victims through the perspective of the crime of economic exploitation within the geographical scope of Mashhad city. Since child laborers are considered the breadwinners of their families, they do not face family prohibitions against working. However, human resources are considered as the most important assets of a country, and attention to their conditions will ultimately lead to improving the situation of society in the future. Mashhad District 5 Prosecutor's Office (Shogh Zendig Complex) is one of the specialized judicial authorities in Mashhad city that handles the affairs of minors and the disabled. The present study has selected ten cases with the theme of economic exploitation of children and adolescents to explain the procedures of the Shogh Zendig Complex in supporting child victims and examined them using the Brown and Clark content analysis method. The findings from the content analysis method in this study show that the cases raised in the Shogh Zendig Complex have four themes of psychological, medical, and economic support. At the same time, creating a personality and clinical file for working children, holding skill workshops appropriate to the children's psychological challenges, holding counseling sessions, providing educational conditions, providing family livelihoods, introducing the families of working children to the relief committee and welfare organization to receive monthly assistance, providing home employment opportunities for mothers of working children and adolescents, requiring them to study or helping them return to school, identifying the talents of working children to identify their interests, and medical care are among the sub-themes that are carried out under the supervision of judicial authorities in four main areas. Overall, with the measures taken in the Shogh Zendig Complex, it was achieved that support interventions for children and their families have led to a reduction in the number of working children and the control of the economic exploitation of children in Mashhad. بهره‌‌‌‌‌‌کشی اقتصادی از کودکان و نوجوانان مفهومی است که با کرامت ذاتی این قشر آسیب‌پذیر در تعارض است؛ ازاین‌رو، نگارش حاضر به بررسی شرایط حاکم بر بزه‌‌‌‌‌‌دیدگان اطفال و نوجوان از دریچۀ جرم بهره‌‌‌‌‌‌کشی اقتصادی و در دایرۀ جغرافیایی شهر مشهد پرداخته است. ازآنجاکه کودکان کار، نان‌‌‌‌‌‌آوران خانوادۀ خود محسوب می‌‌‌‌‌‌شوند، با ممانعت خانواده برای کار کردن مواجه نیستند؛ لکن نیروی انسانی ازجمله مهم‌‌‌‌‌‌ترین سرمایه‌‌‌‌‌‌های کشور محسوب می‌‌‌‌‌‌شوند که توجه به شرایط آن‌‌‌‌‌‌ها، درنهایت به بهبود وضعیت جامعه در چشم‌‌‌‌‌‌اندازهای آینده منتهی می‌‌‌‌‌‌شود. دادسرای ناحیۀ پنج مشهد (مجتمع شوق زندگی) ازجمله مراجع تخصصی قضایی در شهر مشهد است که ویژۀ رسیدگی به امور صغار و محجوران است. پژوهش پیش‌‌‌‌‌‌رو جهت تبیین رویه‌های «مجتمع شوق زندگی» در حمایت از کودکان بزه‌دیده، ده پرونده با مضمون بهره‌‌‌‌‌‌کشی اقتصادی از اطفال و نوجوانان را انتخاب، و با روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک بررسی کرده‌‌‌‌‌‌ است. یافته‌های حاصل از روش تحلیل مضمون در این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پرونده‌‌‌‌‌‌های مطرح‌شده در «مجتمع شوق زندگی» دارای چهار مضمون حمایت‌های روان‌شناسانه و پزشکی و اقتصادی هستند. هم‌زمان، تشکیل پروندۀ شخصیتی و بالینی برای کودکان کار، برگزاری کارگاه‌‌‌‌‌‌های مهارتی متناسب با مشکلات روانی کودکان، برگزاری جلسات مشاوره، فراهم کردن شرایط تحصیلی، تهیۀ وسایل امرار معاش خانواده، معرفی خانوادۀ کودکان کار به کمیتۀ امداد و سازمان بهزیستی جهت دریافت امدادهای ماهیانه، فراهم کردن زمینه‌های اشتغال خانگی برای مادران کودکان و نوجوانان کار، الزام به تحصیل یا کمک به بازگشت به تحصیل کودکان کار، استعدادیابی کودکان کار به‌منظور شناسایی علایق آن‌ها و مراقبت‌‌‌‌‌‌های درمانی ازجمله مضامین فرعی است که زیرنظر مقامات قضایی در چهار حوزۀ اصلی انجام می‌‌‌‌‌‌شود. درمجموع با انجام اقدامات انجام‌شده در «مجمتع شوق زندگی»، این مهم حاصل شد که مداخلات حمایتی درخصوص کودکان و خانوادۀ آن‌‌‌‌‌‌ها به کاهش تعداد کودکان کار و کنترل بهره‌‌‌‌‌‌کشی اقتصادی از کودکان در شهر مشهد منجر شده است. https://flj.isu.ac.ir/article_77748_00b05be5080325d49fd5771d37fe58ad.pdf
