Therefore regarding financial rights of women from the time of the marriage contract and even after the dissolution there are many traditions and sayings, and support them financially is one of the legal immunities, which enables them to have special respect in the family and society in order to safeguard themselves, future generations as well as basic rinciples of religion. In this article women's financial rights are divided into                  3 catorgories: 1- Malekiat Asli va bezat (keeping her own property). 2- Malekiat Tabaie (to get part of the husband's property). 3- Malekiat Hemayati (to recieve maintenance). While comparing Islamic legislation with others the legally recognition of women's financial rights is also studied. To pay (Mahrieh=Marriage portion) a gift from the husband which is legally written and agreed upon in the marriage contract, (Ojratolmesl=Wage fare) to pay for breastfeeding and housekeeping, alimony as well as giving residential rights are kinds of legal financial support which are provided to women at the time of the marriage dissolution in order to prevent poverty and mental stress. در نظام حقوق مالی اسلام، به دلیل اهمیت نقش خانواده در تحقق اهداف و مصالح فردی و اجتماعی و جایگاه محوری زن در  آن، حمایت از حقوق زنان به شکلی است که تمام ابعاد زندگی ایشان را در بعد طبیعی، انسانی و معنوی شامل می‌شود. بدین منظور حقوق مالی زوجه در زمان برقراری علقه زوجیت و حتی پس از انحلال نکاح گستره وسیعی از آیات و روایات را به خود اختصاص می‌دهد و نوعی مصونیت قانونی زنان را در مسائل مالی و اقتصادی به ارمغان می‌آورد تا ایشان در سایه برخورداری از کرامتی خاص در خانواده و جامعه، ‌بتوانند در مسیر تأمین اهداف اساسی و کلان شریعت یعنی عبودیت، حفظ دین، حفظ نفس و حفظ نسل حرکت کنند. در این مقاله حقوق مالی زن شامل سه دسته مالکیت‌های اصلی و بالذات، مالکیت‌های تبعی و مالکیت‌های حمایتی مورد بحث واقع می‌شود و تفاوت اصلی میان نظام حقوقی اسلام با سایر نظام‌های حقوقی در به رسمیت شناختن این حقوق مالی بررسی می‌گردد. حق دریافت مهریه، اجرت‌المثل، حق سکنی و دریافت متاع به هنگام طلاق، نفقه در دوران عده و نیز حمایت‌های حکومت اسلامی‌از زنان در موارد خاص که به منظور پیشگیری از فقر مالی و آسیب‌های روحی زنان است، از دیدگاه اسلام به بحث گذاشته‌ می‌شود. https://flj.isu.ac.ir/article_67930_7295f427f6a6f17036b188965713c7e2.pdf
